We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Between users: Travellers can see trip details and the Host/Trip Leader's public profile. Hosts can see traveller names and contact details for trips they manage.
• Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party service providers (cloud storage, email services, analytics) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information to law enforcement or government authorities when required by Indian law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

Your data is stored on servers hosted on Google Firebase infrastructure, which is compliant with industry-standard security certifications.

We implement reasonable security practices including:

HeyTrippr is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
